Some of them did not have printed dates, so I've estimated these as best I can by reference to the texts.
Some of the early ones were a bit difficult to read on account of being printed on
low grade paper, and suffering from text bleed through from the opposite face; I've
digitally enhanced these as much as possible, however there is a limit to what can
be achieved short of re-
